This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Gayatri Anime & Custom Print.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, processing time may increase.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email or Message with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Odisha: 2–4 business days
  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai): 3–6 business days
  • Other States: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Festivals or holidays

We are not responsible for courier delays once the order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products or promotions
  • Paid shipping depending on product size and delivery location

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking Number
  • Courier Partner Name

You can track your order using the tracking details provided.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or wrong item claims.

The video must:

  • Show sealed package
  • Show shipping label
  • Show full unboxing without cuts or edits

No unboxing video = No claim accepted.

6. Damaged or Broken Items During Shipping

If your item arrives broken:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide Unboxing Video
  • Provide Photos of the damaged item

We will review and provide replacement or refund if approved. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible if:

  • Wrong address is provided
  • Customer is unavailable during delivery

Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If the order is returned due to:

  • Customer not answering calls
  • Customer refusing delivery
  • Incorrect address

Customer must pay reshipping charges to resend the order. No refund will be provided for shipping charges.

9. Lost Packages

If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will provide:

  • Replacement
  • OR Refund

After investigation. Investigation may take 5–10 business days.
