This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Gayatri Anime & Custom Print. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. 5-Day Return Policy (Broken / Wrong Items Only)

We offer a strict 5-day return policy only for items that are physically broken or damaged during transit.

• You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or replacement request.

The video must:

• Show the sealed package from all sides
• Show the shipping label
• Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
• Clearly show the damaged or broken item

Important:

• Edited or unclear videos will be rejected
• Videos recorded after opening the package will be rejected
• No unboxing video = No return / No refund / No replacement

3. Eligible Return Conditions

• Item must be physically broken
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging with box, tags, and accessories
• Valid proof of purchase is required
• Unboxing video is mandatory

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT accept returns in the following cases:

• No unboxing video provided
• Change of mind
• Wrong product ordered by customer
• Size issues
• Minor paint imperfections
• Minor manufacturing defects
• Minor scratches
• Minor box damage, dents, or packaging wear
• Opened or used items
• Sale items
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards

5. Important Note for Anime Figures & Collectibles

Anime figures are mass-produced collectibles. The following are NOT considered damage:

• Minor paint variations
• Minor paint marks
• Minor scratches
• Glue marks
• Minor box dents
• Packaging wear

6. Return Approval Process

To request a return, email us with:

• Order Number
• Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
• Photos of broken item

7. Replacement Policy

If approved, we will provide:

• Replacement (if stock available)
• OR Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Final decision will be made by our team.

8. Refund Policy

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7–10 business days

We are not responsible for bank or payment gateway delays.

9. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping may be self-paid or covered depending on case review

10. Fraud Prevention & Rights Reserved

Gayatri Anime & Custom Print reserves the right to:

• Refuse returns if fraud is suspected
• Reject claims without proper proof
• Refuse service to customers violating this policy

All decisions made by Gayatri Anime & Custom Print will be final.
